Golden Hour Bridal Shoot

It was a dream of mine to be able to create my sisters wedding bouquet.

My twin sister Meghan married her now husband Danny August 8th 2020. Their phenomenal photographer Kat Grabrowski, reached out wanting to recreate their golden hour photos in order to get some video footage, shot by See Media Co. The shoot took place on our farm on the loveliest of spring evenings. Even our baby pygmy goats Eloise and Iris crashed the shoot and were captured by Kat. The evening in its entirety was so refreshing to be surrounded by creatives and being able to re-experience Meghan and Danny’s wedding day in a new light was the icing on the cake so to speak.

For the brides bouquet, I was able to take pieces from the garden including one of my favourites; white lilac. The lilac added so much fragrance to the bouquet, and, with the addition of a few stems of stock, the scent of the bouquet lingered with each movement of the bouquet. Other ingredientsI included in the bouquet were spray roses, icelandic poppies, lisianthus, anemones, tweedia, ranunculus, honeysuckle and bunny tails.

I hope you all enjoy looking through these photos as much as I do!
